As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation very closely, we are doing our best to prepare for each eventuality and ensure that our service to you will be as robust and consistent as possible through this unprecedented time.
 
Our priority remains the health, safety and well-being of our employees, customers, partners and their families. We have therefore put many measures in place to mitigate risk, including enabling our teams to work from home, additional hygiene measures, non-contact deliveries and travel suspensions.
 
Our sales team are working from home and remain functional. Our stocks are plentiful and our ability to deliver to you and complete installations remains strong.

  • We’re open for business
  • All communication channels remain open so please get in touch in the usual way, when and where required. 
  • Visitors to our production facility have obviously now been fully restricted to employees only
  • We have adjusted our working environment to reduce key touch points and increased the frequency of cleaning throughout our premises and vehicles
  • We have restricted the movement of non-critical employees and encouraged social distancing and/or isolation
  • We have suspended the use of public transport by our staff and their families including TFL and London Underground services
  • None of our staff or their families are displaying symptoms of COVID-19. We monitor this daily.
  • We are assessing the government updates on a daily basis, so we can adapt our business to make sure you can still place orders online or with our sales team. We have already adjusted working shift patterns to ensure our valued staff are operating safely at all times
  • We will, of course, continue to monitor the situation daily and keep you updated with any further developments.

The continued success and prosperity of our customers is of critical importance during these challenging times. We are very mindful of our clients, friends and colleagues within the event, live, music and sports industries – our thoughts are with you all. We are keen to listen, adapt and accommodate wherever possible.
