Graphtec GB, manufacturer of imaging products, has launched its new Graphtec CE8000 Series of cutting plotters in the UK, expected to be available for delivery from the end of August.
Ellen Wain, business development manager for Graphtec GB, said, ‘This is a great value range of cutting-edge machines designed for maximum efficiency and ease of use. The CE8000 series is designed to meet the demands of professional print service providers and lower-volume hobbyists. They offer superior performance and user-friendly features.’
According to the company the key features of the Series are the modern design with touch panel, wireless LAN, media assist function, and email notifications.
The CE8000 will be available in three sizes, with a cost that is reduced from previous versions: CE8000-40 (desktop model), valued at a RRP of £1225.00; CE8000-60 (with stand), valued at a RRP of £1599.00; CE8000-130 (with stand), valued at a RRP of £3899.00.
Ms Wain concluded, ‘Graphtec have come up with a really high-quality range of cutters at a lower price point than their predecessors. This means the products are accessible to home businesses and are also ideal for fast-moving print production workflows. We expect these machines to be very popular.’
