Compass Business Finance has promoted both Kellie Franklin and Bode Adeluola to new roles, aimed at enhancing sales and support, ensuring customers receive the highest levels of service.
Ms Franklin will utilise her almost 12-year experience at Compass as a finance specialist to lead an office-based team of business development executives.
At the company since 2023 as business development manager, Mr Adeluola joins the newly established direct sales team, focusing on acquiring new customers in Compass’s core sectors: print and packaging, manufacturing, engineering, and construction.
