Konica Minolta UK has appointed Mike Faiers as its chief operations officer. In this role, he will lead an experienced team focused on delivering the best possible solutions, service and support to customers, said Rob Ferris, chief executive officer of Konica Minolta UK.
Mr Faiers joined the company in 2021 as its chief technology officer to drive innovation and deliver solutions and services to meet the current and future workplace challenges of its customers. Assuming the new role of chief operations officer, his remit is to develop and refine processes and procedures that position Konica Minolta closer to its customers, to provide them with the solutions, care and support they need throughout every stage of their journey, explained the company.
Mr Faiers will also build on his time spent working across every facet of the business, to optimise operations including service and support, logistics and the wider supply chain. He said that every decision made will be guided by the overarching question of how actions will positively impact the experience of Konica’s customers.
‘Our success is defined by the satisfaction of our customers. Having one best-in-class team responsible for overseeing and fulfilling our commitments to them, ensures we optimise our service delivery, identify opportunities to develop our portfolio and build long-term loyalty, rooted in trust, competence and consistently delivering on every promise we make,’ he concluded.
