Spanish laminator maker Bagel has revealed its latest product, the DIGIFAV B3. Designed to marry speed and performance, it offers SRA3 production rates of up to 2000 sheets per hour, as well as digital hot foil stamping.
The new machine integrates a multifunctional digital hot-stamp module and employs heated oil thermal rollers that enable metallic and holographic finishes, as well spot matt and spot super gloss varnish effects. Ensuring even heat distribution and temperature retention, the rollers work with a pneumatic pressure system that exerts 101N/mm to guarantee consistent, permanent foil adhesion, explained Bagel. Precise sheet overlap and separation is achieved with an intelligent front stops registration system, combined with a cooling system and accurate film perforation wheel.
Distributed in the UK by Duplo, the Bagel DIGIFAV B3 is CE compliant and boasts continuous monitoring to ensure it meets environmental, safety, and health standards.
