Liyu England has expanded its range with three new models aimed at print professionals looking for cost-effective commercial solutions. The additions include an entry-level upgradeable flatbed printer, a high-precision digital cutter, and an eco-solvent roll-to-roll printer.

The X Line flatbed printer, available in two versions – the 2512 (2.5 x 1.2m) and the 3020 (3 x 2m) – features Ricoh Gen6 printheads for high-quality output. Its modular design allows users to upgrade from a basic setup to a 16-head configuration as demand increases. Other features include instant UV LED curing, a twin-motor vacuum system for secure media handling, and an automated media alignment system.

The X Line digital cutting machine is designed to offer precision cutting at a competitive price point. It includes an automatic camera positioning system for accurate cuts, a modular chassis for durability, and a high-powered vacuum system to keep materials secure during processing. The cutter supports multiple tool options, making it suitable for a range of applications, from signage to vehicle graphics, stated the company.

The X Line eco solvent roll printer is equipped with four Epson i3200 printheads, producing high-resolution CMYK prints at speeds of up to 85sqm/hr. Its 3200mm print width enables large-scale production, while a built-in drying system ensures quick turnaround times. The printer is compatible with eco-solvent inks for durable, long-lasting results.

“These machines are built to help businesses enter the industrial large format arena without the normal associated costs,” commented Eddie Tucker, managing director of Liyu England. “The upgradable X line range allows customers to print smarter, faster, and with more flexibility.”
