Print company Spiral Colour has purchased a Fujifilm Revoria Press PC1120 to meet the ever-evolving demands of the print market.
The company, founded in the 1970s, offers a range of services, including business cards, football programmes, and brochures. As demand for its products increased, Spiral Colour sought more advanced and reliable equipment.
Jason Carpenter, general manager at Spiral Colour, explained: “Our old machine was becoming unreliable and frequently breaking down, impacting our ability to meet deadlines. The Revoria Press PC1120 provides the reliability we need and exciting features like metallic colour printing, including gold and silver, as well as six-colour printing with white – an absolute game changer for us.”
Spiral Colour said the PC1120’s versatility has opened new opportunities, including the ability to print envelopes in-house – a capability previously out of reach. As the team explores the full potential of the machine’s six-colour features, Mr Carpenter is optimistic that it will allow the company to stand out with premium, high-quality prints.
“The quality of print we’re now able to offer is noticeably better,” he stated. “While most clients don’t know the technology we use, they’ve certainly noticed the difference.”
Looking to the future, Spiral Colour plans to promote its new capabilities with a swatch showcasing the six-colour options. The investment is already helping business attract new clients, and Mr Carpenter is eager to further expand the company’s marketing efforts to highlight its upgraded offerings.
