Fujifilm will use Fespa 2025 as a platform to launch three new products.
Returning to the show for the first time since 2023, Fujifilm will highlight its new high-end, high-productivity printing solutions – the Acuity Ultra Hybrid Pro and the HS3000 single-pass inkjet press, developed in collaboration with Barberán. Meanwhile, the adjacent stand will see the launch of the Acuity Triton, incorporating the newly developed AquaFuze ink technology.

Fujifilm’s Acuity Ultra Hybrid Pro
Designed for print businesses that need to tackle both long and short-run jobs across various media types, the Acuity Ultra Hybrid Pro accommodates both roll and rigid media, featuring a “quick run” function for handling short roll jobs. The printer utilises Fujifilm’s patented ink technology to deliver print quality with a 3.5 picolitre drop size while keeping ink consumption low.
With a print width of 3.3m, the Acuity Ultra Hybrid Pro uses up to 32 robust Kyocera printheads. It also integrates a new automation system designed to handle rigid materials automatically, allowing a single operator to manage a full pallet-to-pallet process, improving production speeds and efficiency.
For businesses targeting the high-production end of the market, the HS3000 offers a smaller footprint and lower investment cost than its predecessor, the HS6000. This makes it an attractive option for businesses looking to adopt single-pass technology without the need for large-scale infrastructure, explained Fujifilm.
With a print speed of up to 3000sqm/h, the HS3000 can deliver prints at a lower cost per copy, thanks to its multi-substrate compatibility and ability to print without a primer on many media types. This reduces the need for additional consumables, cutting both energy consumption and overall operational costs. The press can be configured in up to 216 possible ways to meet varying business requirements.

Fujifilm’s Acuity Triton
The Acuity Triton, featuring AquaFuze ink, boasts a 1.6m print width and speeds of up to 15sqm/h. The printer’s low-temperature drying ensures rapid finishing, cutting, or laminating without compromising on quality. The AquaFuze combines the benefits of UV LED and water-based inkjet printing – an environmentally friendly option for indoor and outdoor applications. The Acuity Triton will be available through dealers and will roll out in phases, with full availability dependent on regional dealership agreements.
David Burton, Fujifilm’s director of WFIJ systems, stated: “At Fujifilm, our philosophy is clear: rather than rushing to market, we evaluate industry trends, identify competitor weaknesses, and deliver superior solutions tailored to evolving customer needs. Fespa Berlin 2025 will mark the introduction of three transformative products set to become industry benchmarks.”
