Print ePS and provider of automation and CRM solutions PlanProphet have announced an expanded strategic partnership. This new collaboration will bring advanced Salesforce-powered CRM capabilities to more users, including those using the Midmarket Print Suite powered by ePS Pace, and will make Print ePS an official reseller of PlanProphet solutions.

Building on a successful four-year relationship, the enhanced partnership will extend PlanProphet’s CRM, automation, and customer engagement tools to a wider audience. EPS said this will benefit users of its management information systems (MIS) like PrintSmith Vision and EPMS.

Additionally, ePS will participate in the 2025 PlanProphet Champion Summit, further strengthening its commitment to innovation and customer success in the print industry.
