InkTec has confirmed the first European sale of its new Jetrix XAR320-Hybrid printer, following the model’s debut at the Sign & Digital UK event in February. Digitalprint.ie, an Irish supplier to the sign, print and graphics sectors purchased the hybrid large-format printer, which combines flatbed and 3.2m roll-to-roll functionality.

The XAR320-Hybrid is equipped with the latest Konica Minolta Advance KM series printheads, offering resolutions up to 1440dpi and speeds of up to 118sqm/hr. It supports substrates up to 50mm thick, including glass, banners, and window films. InkTec positions the printer as a high-performance and cost-effective option for businesses seeking both quality and versatility.

John Noonan, managing director of digitalprint.ie, said: “This partnership is a significant step forward in bringing advanced, versatile printing solutions to Ireland’s sign-making industry. We are familiar with the renowned build quality and technology of InkTec’s printers, and after seeing this new hybrid printer in action, we are incredibly proud to be trusted to represent Jetrix with it in Ireland.”

Julian Mennell, head of Jetrix sales at InkTec, added: “We experienced tremendous interest at Sign & Digital in both of our new Jetrix printers – the XAR320-Hybrid and the LXa8. We are thrilled to have achieved our first European sale so soon after their launch. This milestone reflects the growing reputation of Jetrix printers and marks an exciting new chapter for InkTec.”
