The WB Basic Line 80
Baumann has extended its range of high-speed cutters with the WB Basic Line 80.
The new guillotine retains many features of the larger models such as the 18.5″ touch display, automatic clamp pressure electronic control and fast and easy knife change with setting gauges, but is available at a lower price point.
Other features include: servo motor driven backgauge with precision spindle, tilt-able rear table guard, hydraulic clutch for knife drive and a GS certified OMRON light guard safety module.
The WB Basic Line 80 also has a new blower/valve combination, and the clamp pressure can be programmed to automatically adapt to cutting width.
Cutting 130 x 800mm at a maximum speed of 300mm/sec (45 cuts/min) the new guillotine is designed for companies looking to update ageing models.
