Cloud to Print, the UK & Ireland distributor of the Keyline MIS, has signed with Resolve Business Management, a new firm formed by ex-ImprintMIS staff to handle sales and implementation of the software.
Set up by Wayne Beckett and Chris Watson, both until recently with ImprintMIS, Resolve will work with Cloud to Print to bring Keyline to market in the British Isles via a consultative approach.
Paul Warren, managing director of Cloud to Print, said, ‘I showed the Keyline system to Wayne and Chris a few months ago and after a 30 minute demonstration they could see the potential in the cloud-based system. Two days later they approached me to ask if they could get involved with the roll out. They have a combined experience of around 70 years in the print sector and for me it was a total no brainer.’
Keyline was launched three years ago in Germany, the consequence of the directors being approached to develop a CRM system for large German printer. It currently has 24 European customers and the first UK site is scheduled to go live later this month.
Matthias Prinz, the managing director of Crispy Mountain (the German owners and developers of the system), commented, ‘We were really happy that Wayne and Chris saw the potential in the system from the start and with their experience we can really push hard in the UK and Ireland.’
Described by Mr Warren as ‘more than software’, the cloud-based Keyline software collects, distributes and analyses data from multiple internal and external sources, integrating with machines and external software, from vPress web-to-print to Enfocus Switch, Salesforce and SAP applications.
