SP Group is looking to bring its small format digital offering up to date
Supplier of point-of-sale marketing material SP Group has invested in two HP Indigo B2 presses.
With the new installation, the company is updating its small format digital print capability, expanding its product offering for existing clients, so they can explore new capabilities beyond alphanumeric variable data, including the graphical capabilities enabled by HP’s Mosaic software.
‘These new presses will increase the quality, capacity and reliability available to all our clients and, as a result, enable us to reduce lead times and enhance our total service offering to the retail and other market sectors that we serve,’ said Declan Salter, CEO of SelmerBridge, SP Group’s holding company. ‘Retaining the highest quality products in the marketplace is vital to our future and the increase in capacity will aid service and provide for growth. Simultaneously, HP’s carbon-neutral manufacturing process is a positive benefit, closely aligned with our own goals.’
These investments by SelmerBridge form part of an intense capital investment programme in their subsidiaries of SP Group and Service Graphics. Both presses were installed at the end of April, and will be operational during May.
