Publishing activities at Sittingbourne and St Albans are to trade as Denmaur Media
Denmaur Independent Papers will implement a company restructure, which merge its Sittingbourne and St Albans sites, and make key personnel changes, taking effect from 1 May.
After merging, the publishing activities at Sittingbourne and St Albans are to trade as Denmaur Media. Doug Jessop will head this division, and working closely alongside him will be sales director, Julian Townsend.
Andy Buxton will be heading the stock and commercial print side, assisted by Andy Faithful, and this division will be known as Denmaur Paper.
Mike Gee, managing director, wrote in the announcement, ‘Alongside the launch of our updated identities, we have also made some changes in overall responsibilities. For my part, I will become the CEO of the company and am delighted that my younger brother, Nick, will be taking on my current role of managing director. Stephen Mason carries on in his role as non executive chairman.
‘The restructure will provide a tremendous platform for us to accomplish more going forward, allowing us to diversify and adapt to the markets in which we serve, whilst enjoying the cross promotional opportunities that both divisions will be able to provide to both customers and suppliers alike.
‘Above all, I believe we have the right people and partners to embrace and continue on with our success story. Moreover, I would like to express my personal thanks to all of our customers and suppliers who have made it possible for us to achieve 35 successful years in the business.’
Although Denmaur Media and Denmaur Papers are new trading names, but Denmaur Independent Papers Ltd will remain the legal entity with the same Company Registration and VAT numbers.
