At its first B2B Marketing Expo, Ricoh will showcase the opportunities offered by its digital presses and software solutions, particularly focusing on direct mail.
Described as Europe’s biggest sales and marketing exhibition and conference B2B Marketing Expo takes place at ExCel, London from 21-22 March. The event is expected to attract more than 10,000 senior marketers.

Direct mail continues to provde some cut-through against digital media with Royal Mail research suggesting that state 92% of direct mail is opened with 48% of UK adults taking action after receiving a piece of direct mail. It also achieves a higher return on investment than online marketing at £3.22 for every £1 spent.
Ricoh will highlight its digital colour printers which can include high impact effects created using white, clear gloss or neon toners, even in fully personalised direct mail.
With GDPR nearing, Ricoh will showcase its automated solution to cleanse and enrich customer data: /data.mill, which supports compliance with Article 5 of GDPR through “privacy by design”. The B2B Marketing Expo will also be the first UK showing of Ricoh’s entry level Ri 100 DTG printer.
