This year’s Print It Best School award was provided by Renz UK in the form of a Renz HT330P heavy-duty, desktop pouch laminating machine.

Westhoughton High School students in Year 10 design classes entered the national design competition to showcase their skills. Each of the 40 students selected a design brief that allowed them to research and design a specific problem.

Students at the Bolton school, Brandon Roughley, Izzy Dzulkifli and Anna Cookson also received an Achievement Award for their design solutions. Anna and Brandon selected the sports brief, whilst Izzy the gaming brief. All three students used a range of skills from analysis to sketching and CAD to produce their final work.
