Swigraph’s new Hi-Pile automatic stacker
The new Hi-Pile automatic stacker from Swigraph can sort sheets into piles up to 450mm in height.
The Hi-Pile is suitable for connection to any conveyor exit. The device automatically piles up and jogs the arriving sheets into stacks up to 450mm in height on small roll-on/roll-off pallets. After banding, these are easily transportable to the next working station.
The Hi-Pile’s electronic controls are independent from the preceding station or machine.
A special, more complex model-V: for staggered or uniform stacking on the pallet is available upon special order.
The machine measures 70cm x 87cm x 106cm. Case dimensions are 80cm x 100cm x 130cm; and weight is 80kg (net); 120kg (gross).
