The Onyx Hub business intelligence software for wide-format print shops has won a Product of the Year award for workflow from the SGIA.
Previewed at Fespa and commercially released last month, Onyx Hub is designed to bring real-time, historic and trend data to business owners and production managers. It took the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association’s (SGIA’s) award in the Software: workflow/RIP category.
More than 70 companies submitted 222 entries across the wards as a whole, the highest number in the awards’ history. SGIA digital imaging specialist Ray Weiss commented, ‘This was the best year for entries that I can remember. In addition to the sheer volume of competitors, product quality was outstanding. Onyx Graphics’ award was well-earned!’
Onyx’s Thrive workflow software for wide-format workflow was also a part of five other category wins for different manufacturers.
The SGIA exhibition takes place from 10 to 12 October in New Orleans, USA.
