Following four annual global Interact user community events held in Boulder, USA, Ricoh is hosting Interact Europe at its Customer Experience Centre in Telford, UK, from 19-21 September.
The aim of the three-day event is to immerse European Ricoh ProcessDirector users in discussions on technology breakthroughs, best practices and trends, and to provide practical guidance and encourage valuable user feedback.
Topics covered will include upcoming ProcessDirector enhancements and features; an introduction to the new web services functionality and MarcomCentral; plus Ricoh’s plans for a new dashboard and reporting. There will also be sessions on white paper manufacturing of PDF and AFP jobs, PDF processing and enhanced archival functionality.
During the event attendees will be encouraged to suggest “workflow challenge” problems they would like ProcessDirector to solve. At the end of the event, one of these solutions will be presented.
