Antalis technology specialist, Paul Duffy
Antalis is putting its business assistance to the test by inviting customers to submit their toughest challenges to a team from the company, who will use their skills to find the best solution.
The remit is for Antalis’ employees to work closely with customers and assess their business, making recommendations on areas for improvement, new innovations and opportunities to diversify. The “challenge”, launched in June, is part of a wider effort to help customers maximise the full potential of their business in line with the changing print landscape.
Antalis personnel on hand to help customers include: digital sales manager, Sham Ahmed; Giles Bristow, digital support manager and head of the Antalis Digital Academy training facility, as well as technical services manager, Duncan Webster and technology specialist, Paul Duffy.
‘The “Challenge Antalis” concept is much more than a comms campaign, it’s an overarching business ethos’, explained Katie Farr, head of marketing for print and visual communications at Antalis. ‘We want to ensure we are offering our expertise to as many businesses as possible and would encourage all customers to get involved.’
