Tharstern’s events updated users on the latest features and functionality of its MIS
Following a series of events held across the country in June, Tharstern customers say they will take a wealth of new ideas back to their companies.
Tharstern’s “Inspire” events were held to update users on the latest features and functionality of the Tharstern MIS, along with educational sessions on business intelligence and partner workflow integrations.
Managing director Keith McMurtrie opened the events by sharing guidance on how users could get the most out of the technology available to them: ‘Every company has the potential to create an impressive workflow that creates value from even low-ticket jobs.’
‘What came out of our user events is that to do that, they need to have three things – technology, vision and people who are “executors” to make sure the project is effectively implemented,’ he continued. ‘Each of the sessions at our events were designed to help our users learn more about the technology available to them, to create a vision for their own company and to help them learn how to execute that vision successfully.’
There were panel discussions on the “The Pains of Integration”, a “user experience” on automation and MIS efficiencies and the unveiling of new features of the MIS. These were complemented by other presentations that included partners HP, Esko and Infigo Software.
Attendee comments included ‘The Tharstern MIS has opened our eyes to the huge benefits of order tracking and automation,’ from Michael Kille, managing director of Impress Print services.
