Freestanding, wall-mounted and backlit versions of the new tension fabric frames are available
New tension fabric frames and fabrics from Pixartprinting are designed to give textile printers more choice.
Pixartprinting’s new range of tension fabric frames is made up of three families – freestanding, wall-mounted and backlit – with a total of 14 models to choose from. The frames are available single- or double-sided, and feature lightweight aluminium frames with grooves and transparent PVC edging to make attaching the textiles printed with Durst Rhotex technology easier. The system uses environmentally-friendly water-based inks to ensure the prints are recyclable, odourless and fire-resistant.
The company has also expanded its range of natural fabrics printed with reactive dyes, which can be ordered in lengths of as little as 1 m, with six new finishes. The range includes silk, viscose and stretch cotton. The new fabrics expand the range of possible applications, including the option to make single items or small samples.
