Heavy duty – the Matrix prints on a wide variety of substrates including glass, stone and aluminium
Atlantic Tech Service has been appointed UK distributor for the European-built Azon printer range which includes textile and UV-curing printers.
The Azon range includes the Matrix industrial UV-LED inkjet flatbed printer which was launched at Fespa. This model is suitable for use with heavy materials – up to 100kg – for indoor, outdoor and industrial applications on materials like PET, ABS, polycarbonate, wood, stone, glass, canvas and ceramics.
This and other Azon printers are complemented by RIP software, TurboJet inks, including white ink which may be used as a base for high-density CMYK layers in order to produce unusual and creative textures on any supported material. Azon’s Rotax adapter for cylindrical printing offers further novel possibilities.
Atlantic was selected by Azonprinter for its reputation for professional national service, support and customer care programmes. Atlantic MD Keith Pratt says ‘We are particularly excited by the introduction of the Matrix Series and the capabilities of the Razor Hale which can also create raised ADA-compliant print up to 2mm in depth for Braille script standard’.
