Komfi Amiga 52 laminating machine with built-in stacker
Egham-based Kingsley Print & Design has installed a Komfi Amiga 52 thermal laminating machine supplied by UK agent Friedheim International to bring its laminating work in-house.
The company offers litho, digital and large format printing, and finishing processes that include case-bound books and brochures, die-cutting, laminating and packaging.
‘We used to outsource our laminating work to several print finishers but it made commercial sense to buy a laminator in order to keep the work in-house,’ explained John Vaughan, managing director, of his decision to buy the machine.
‘We have been extremely impressed with this laminator in producing the work we used to have to send out,’ said sales director Bradley Vaughan. ‘Having complete control of production has enabled us to provide a quicker turn around of work, and as a result this has improved our service. Overall, purchasing the Komfi Amiga 52 laminator has been a good financial decision.’
