MBO’s A500/A700 stacker delivery system has a mobile design for added versatility
The A500/A700 automatic stacking and delivery system has been added to MBO Group’s range of deliveries and peripheral units.
Designed as a universal delivery for processing folded brochures, especially signatures, the A500/A700 works with folding machines in the performance range of up to 900 piles per hour, along with a maximum pile height of 160 mm. It can also be used for commercial prints and mailings, and be integrated into book-on-demand lines.
The A500/A700 does not mark in single sheet operation, so it can be used to finish sensitive, freshly printed products that have a tendency to smudge. Partial automation helps to achieve shorter set-up times and also reduces the risk of operating errors.
To fulfil different production requirements, customers can choose between log stacker, signature, shingle, vertical stacker, high pile and small sheet size delivery systems.
