The Ricoh Pro C5200s
Ricoh has announced the Europe-wide availability of new EFI Fiery digital front ends (DFEs) for its Ricoh Pro C5200s and C5210s colour sheetfed digital presses.
Based on EFI’s recently-developed Fiery FS200 Pro platform, both the embedded Fiery E-24B DFE and the external Fiery E-44B DFE are designed to process complex and graphically-rich jobs, using EFI’s proprietary SmartRIP technology to improve throughput and production efficiency.
The Fiery E-44B offers superior performance and faster processing times, making it suitable for high volume print service providers who require both high output quality and maximum print engine utilisation.

Both the new DFEs allow users to centralise job management and streamline production with the Fiery Command WorkStation interface. Server pre-sets are easy to set up to further increase productivity.
