(L-R) Eef de Ridder, Ricoh Europe, and José Manuel Alonso-Viguera, Servinform with the Ricoh Pro VC60000 at Hunkeler Innovationdays

Spanish transactional printer Servinform has become the latest print services provider to adopt the Ricoh Pro VC60000 high speed inkjet press. The agreement was made at Hunkeler Innovationdays 2017.

The company has been running InfoPrint 5000 continuous feed technology for ten years and has three print lines at its Madrid site.

‘The decision was an easy one,’ said Ignacio Rufo, Servinform CEO, of his company’s choice to purchase the 150 m/min Pro VC60000. ‘We have a longstanding relationship with Ricoh and there is no doubt about its seriousness and consistency.’

‘The Pro VC60000 […] opens us to new capabilities and applications that will help us to become even more differentiated in the market,’ said José Manuel Alonso-Viguera, general manager. ‘We can move into new sectors such as books and direct mail.’

‘Serviform’s order of the Pro VC60000 is a natural consequence of our strong and lasting relationship based on trust and innovation,’ commented Eef de Ridder, head of commercial printing, production printing, Ricoh Europe.
