Ez-Treat Pro
Two new pre-treat machines have been introduced by Your Embroidery Services to improve the speed of direct to garment production processes.
Debuted at Printwear and Promotion last month, the Ez-Treat machines pre-treat garments using one of three separate options – if a manufacturer has both polyester and cotton garments, they can instantly change the pre-treatment to suit. The average garment takes just 10 seconds to process, it is claimed.
There are currently two models available, the Pro and Jnr, dependent on client requirements. The small footprint machines weigh 80 kg; dimensions are 1000 mm (L) x 750 mm (W) x 530 mm (H).
