Heidelberg’s Versafire CV
A Heidelberg Versafire CV press was installed by Laser Graphics over the Christmas break.
‘We replaced our HP Indigo because it was reaching the end of its service contract,’ said Bill Smyth, founder and managing director of the Milton Keynes business, which has established a niche in event products.
‘We can now print white on coloured stock or apply clear or spot varnish straight off the press,’ added Mr Smyth. ‘The same applies to printing standard envelope sizes. In addition to standard SRA3 format we can also print onto a longer sheet size of 320 x 700 mm which will accommodate 6pp A4 portrait leaflets and landscape A4 leaflets and brochures.’
This is the company’s first purchase from Heidelberg.
