Brentwood-based Schwartz Printing has upgraded its in-house PUR binding with a new Morgana DigiBook 450.
‘The DigiBook 150 served us well as a starting point for our own PUR solution, but our workload for the product has grown over time,’ explained Chris Futcher, director of Schwartz. ‘The 450 incorporates much more automation, as well as offering a faster throughput, and can be run very effectively with just one operator.”
Commenting on the purchase, Ray Hillhouse, vice president offline business at Morgana Systems said: ‘Schwartz have enjoyed the benefits of bringing PUR in-house, and can now see even more potential by switching to the higher capacity machine.’
