Annodata, a managed print and document services provider, has been bought by Kyocera Document Solutions UK to enhance cross-selling opportunities within the IT, cloud and communications segments.
The acquisition will ‘greatly enhance [Kyocera Document Solutions UK’s] growth potential, while strengthening Kyocera’s overall business proposition in the market,’ explained Takahiro Sato, president of KyoceraDocument Solutions Europe.
‘With the increasing overlap between managed print services (MPS) and the IT, cloud and communication sectors, this acquisition affords Kyocera Document Solutions a strengthened market approach into higher value accounts,’ commented Andrew Harman, co-founder of Annodata.
Annodata will operate as separate business with its own independent strategy and management team.
