Northampton-based Twenty10 Digital has added a Morgana DigiFold Pro to its finishing line-up in order to speed up creasing and folding.
‘Growing business from a greetings card client meant that we needed to take a closer look at our creasing and folding capacity,’ explained Paul Riley, managing director. ‘What had been taking us five hours to produce using our existing devices can now be produced in one hour on the DigiFold Pro.’
The Digifold Pro is designed to crease and fold printed, heavy weight or cross grained stock. Using DynaCrease to eliminate tearing and cracking on a digitally printed sheet, it can crease and fold over 6,000 A4 sheets an hour.
Twenty10 is also using the machine for folding an increasing volume of DL sized four-page work.
