The calculator shows environmental savings in a simple text format that customers can to add to their final printed piece
Arjowiggins Graphic has updated its tool to help printers, designers and businesses keep track of the environmental impact of their paper choice.
The calculator allows customers to measure environmental benefits of recycled papers by reams and sheet, including a new method specifically designed for recycled shopping bags. It can also calculate environmental savings by using the total weight of a commercial printing job.
Now compatible with desktop and mobile, the calculator has a customised environmental benefit statement (EBS) format which offers users a choice of whether to include the WWF logo and/or a range of icons. The EBS shows the amount of landfill, CO2 and greenhouse gases, water, electricity and wood that have been saved by opting to use Arjowiggins Graphic recycled paper over paper produced from virgin fibres.
