One of UKHO’s five new HP PageWide printers
The United Kingdom Hydrographic Office’s (UKHO) has installed five HP PageWide XL 8000 printers at its headquarters in Somerset as part of a project to digitise chart production.
The new printers form part of an end to end solution developed by UKHO in partnership with HP and folding system manufacturer MBO to digitise UKHO’s chart printing operations and make production time savings.
HP reseller Stanford Marsh won the tender to supply the five printers.
