Over 80 Jet Press 720Ss have now been installed worldwide
Commercial and wide format printer, Greenshires Group, has installed a Fujifilm Jet Press 720S at its site in Leicester, becoming the second UK customer for the B2 inkjet press.
To test the press’ capabilities after drupa, Greenshires’ managing director, Richard Dalby, presented it with 18 of the most challenging jobs he could come up with. ‘The quality of the results genuinely astonished me,’ said Mr Dalby, who was also pleased that the new machine fitted in well at the B1 litho and small format digital print company: ‘[It] works like a litho press fitting into our existing workflow systems with minimal disruption.’
‘We’re now in a position to be able to take on a range of high quality, short run work,’ he added.
‘The professional and meticulous approach Greenshires has taken in making their decision has been impressive,’ commented Keith Dalton, managing director of Fujifilm UK.
The first Jet Press 720S in the UK was installed by Emmerson Press, based in Kenilworth.
