Fujifilm Acuity Select HS 30: 10,000 sqm per year
Fujifilm has bolstered the Acuity Select range of machines with the HS 30, which offers almost double the throughput of the HS 20 launched earlier this year.
The HS 30 has all the additional functionality of the HS 20 but can print at a maximum throughput of 58 sqm/hr, and is intended for businesses printing 10,000 sqm per year or more.
Mike Battersby, marketing manager at Fujifilm Speciality Ink Systems said: ‘This machine has been designed for those who are looking for capacity without compromising quality, or speciality and industrial printers currently using analogue print technologies looking to migrate to digital printing.’
Features include pneumatic pin registration and an enhanced vacuum for easier media handling, new lamp technology suitable for thinner, heat sensitive substrates and automated printhead maintenance.
The HS 30 is available in two bed sizes, 2.5 x 1.25 m and 2.5 x 3.1 m, and with the option of six or eight ink channels.
