Inca apprentices (L-R) Tom Brooks, Zack Taylor, David Saville, Russell Davis and Sam Maskell

Four apprenticeships for Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering at Inca Digital have been filled, along with one for the company’s IT department.

The apprentices started the four-year scheme in August 2016, receiving experience across the business, including operations, customer support and R&D. In addition, they will be given day release to study towards an approved qualification.

‘The apprentice scheme is well organised and provides great opportunities for anyone willing to put in the hard work to progress in this industry,’ said Russ Davis, who completed his apprenticeship in 2012.

‘Inca is as proud of its staff as it is of its unique technology, investing heavily in both,’ said John Mills, CEO of Inca Digital. ‘The success of Inca depends on engineering excellence and Inca aims to recruit the best in class.’
