Mr Carlin was previously head of operations at Blake
Graham Carlin has been promoted following the transformation of Blake’s distribution operation.
As head of operations at the company, Mr Carlin improved pick accuracy rates to 100%.
Michael Barter, managing director at Blake said, ‘Graham has an ability to develop and train staff with patient perseverance and an eye for seeing the best in everyone. It is this skill that justified our decision to make Graham general manager after seeing his performance in transforming our operations.’
