As part of the company’s drive to capitalise on growth opportunities, CitySprint chose a management information system from Imprint.
Following a thorough selection process, the decision was made to invest in Imprint’s direct mail business control system (BCS), along with shop floor data capture. The software will cover all aspects of production and fulfilment.
The BCS is a dedicated direct mail module with specialist features, which makes it easier to control direct mail campaigns within one order. Adapted to suit CitySprint’s needs, the BCS integrates fully with its existing internal software systems, including CRM and accounting packages and provides the company and its clients with real-time visibility over the status of jobs and helps to provide a more automated workflow.
Nick Hayes, general manager at CitySprint commented, ‘We chose Imprint as our MIS partner as it is clear that they understand our business and what we are looking for. We are confident that the investment will help us to achieve real time process and cost efficiencies both within our business and also for our clients so they can build stronger relationships and be even more competitive in a fast changing industry.’
Imprint MIS sales and marketing director, Wayne Beckett, said, ‘We are very excited to be working with CitySprint and this project will be yet another installation of our new direct mail business control system module. Using shop floor data collection across the business will enable CitySprint to compare real costs to estimated costs, which in today’s market is very important.’
