Zerographic Systems has won the Office Printing award at Xerox’s annual channel partner ceremony after it saw a 55% growth in its office equipment division since 2013.
‘This award is down to the dedication of team Zerographic in implementing a strategic growth plan around our office equipment and multifunction devices business,’ said managing director, Kevin Corbett.
He added, ‘Parallel to accelerated office equipment growth, we’ve also recorded a 220% year-on-year increase in our managed service business. All in all we’ve had a fantastic 12 months across all rungs of the business and this award from Xerox really is the cherry on an already well-iced cake.’
Presenting the award, Xerox’s general manager for the UK channel, Donna Marley, told delegates that Zerographic had weighed in with the highest growth of all partners during the 2014 period.
He continued to say that Zerographic had transformed their business to become one of Xerox’s largest UK Premier Partners in just four years by streamlining its sales processes and recruiting high level personnel into key roles.
Head of marketing, Toni Gibiino, believed the acquisition of key accounts had also been ushered along by a customer-led approach to marketing. ‘Customers have questions so we’ve been hard at work developing collaterals designed to answer the common concerns they may have when it comes to print and document management,’ he said.
‘The way people go to market to buy products has changed. As such, our user-friendly, content-rich website, videos and printed collaterals provide all the information and support to help new and existing customers make informed purchase decisions that are best for their business.’
‘The logic is rather simple: educating buyers truly guides them towards the best solutions. Doing so increases their satisfaction and ROI thereby securing long-term relationships – it’s a sort of self-fulfilling prophecy where everyone’s a winner,’ concluded Mr Gibiino.
