Andrew Pearce has resigned from his position as chief executive of the Independent Print Industries Association (IPIA) with effect from 28 February.
Kath Doran, lady chair of the IPIA Council, said, ‘Andrew Pearce has been an assiduous CEO of the IPIA since 2007, under his leadership the IPIA has gone from strength to strength and evolved into the strong and well recognised Association it is today. Andrew’s vision has brought new and interesting partnerships and collaborations together for the benefit of all sections of the IPIA Membership, we wish him every success in his new role.’
Mr Pearce said, ‘I have thoroughly enjoyed working with members and partners throughout my time at the IPIA. The association’s development would have been nothing without their support and the support of our hardworking IPIA council and team.’
The IPIA council has met to discuss the future direction of the association, and will be moving towards the appointment of a successor in the coming weeks. The IPIA secretariat will operate under the direct control of the IPIA council until that process has been completed.
