OKI has appointed Velmex as a distributor of its full range of graphic arts products and solutions to strengthen its specialist sales channel for the UK graphic arts market.
Under the terms of the agreement, Velmex will focus on promoting, selling and implementing OKI solutions, including the ES9431 and ES9541 devices, through its UK-based professional reseller network. It will also work alongside OKI’s channel team to help develop the vendor’s existing reseller partners.
According to Simon Tetlow, head of channel, OKI Systems UK, Velmex is the perfect partner to drive growth of these industry-leading devices, which launched last year.
‘Not only does Velmex have more than 20 years’ experience as a specialist in supplying high-quality printers within this niche market. They also offer a wide range of software, services and support a head office in London and a showroom in Manchester. We are looking to forward to working with them to further develop our capability in this rapidly developing marketplace.’
