Bielomatti will be showing the new Pagemaster Press at its open house in Neuffen from the 18 to 26 November 2014.
The Pagemaster Press will be demonstrating the production of personalised, back-stitched and wire- stitched products in a variety formats and page numbers, showing product changes made on the fly. The Pagemaster converts a plain mill reel to a finished product, capable of producing up to 110 products per minute dual stream with production speeds of up to 300 m/min with automatic format changes.
According to the company the new press produces high quality digital printing with in-line finishing for the production of brochures, manuals and personalised note books.
For sharp images the pagemaster uses Kodak stream inkjet technology, a continuous inkjet system which can significantly reduce the cost per printed page. The technology is designed for real high speed production with print quality that stands comparison with offset, having a resolution of 900 x 600 dpi, and capable of printing on a variety of coated and uncoated papers. The pagemaster will be shown printing full width both sides with spot colour.
Also on display will be the newly developed high performance cross cutter, the CutMaster CFS 105, used for cutting cardboard, paper and film.
A new company in the market it was formed in 2013 as a joint venture between Matti Technology AG (Matti, CH-Sulgen) digital printing specialists and bielomatik Leuze GmbH + Co. KG (bielomatik, D-Neuffen) a renowned provider of paper processing equipment.
