Alan Charnley has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
MBA Group, the multi-channel communications company has appointed Alan Charnley as an independent non-executive director, to help the company expand its delivery of bespoke client focused communications.
Mr Charnley brings external senior executive experience to the group. He has considerable global experience having held leadership roles around the world for Xerox, and most recently six years as Xerox’s UK & Ireland managing director. He has also served on Xerox Europe’s Management & Audit Committees, and on the CBI’s London Council and as member of the CBI President’s Forum. Mr Charnley attended Aston University where he gained both a BSc and MBA.
