After a successful 2014 show, Sign & Digital UK has confirmed that stand bookings for 2015 are up by 20% year-on-year, with over 100 exhibitors already confirmed.
The trade exhibition for the sign making, display solutions and digital printing industry returns to the NEC, Birmingham on 24 to 26 March 2015.
With just under six months until the show, Sign & Digital UK 2015 has already confirmed a high number of bookings from first-time exhibitors across the board. They include BaltLED, Blackman & White Cutters, Emo Neon, Substance Europe, Texo Trade Services, Think Sub International and Universal Image Systems.
The event will also see the return of leading brands with considerably bigger stands than in 2014, such as Amaya, Art Systems, Atech, Bannershop UK, Caslon, Complete CNC Solutions, Friedheim International, Hewlett-Packard, Inktec/Jetrix, Maxicam, Paperlinx UK, PrintMax and Perfect Colours.
Other confirmed exhibitors include Agfa Graphics, Colourgen, Grafityp, Graphtec GB, Hybrid Services/Mimaki, i-Sub, Landor UK, Resolute DTG, Signwaves, Soyang Europe, Ultima Displays, Vivid Laminating Technologies.
Following independent visitor research carried out after the 2014 show, this year’s event will see a greater focus on business advice including how to capitalise on growing industry sectors and new market opportunities.
Textile printing for interiors, soft signage and POP & POS displays for retail are just three of the key growing sectors the 2015 exhibition will delve into. The show will also feature more on-stand practical kit and product demonstrations.
Rudi Blackett, event director, said, ‘We celebrated a fantastic exhibition in 2014, with high numbers of signmaking, display and digital printing companies in attendance, as well as many end-user visitors keen to see what’s new in this vibrant market. There was a real buzz at the event and the level of investment in equipment and products was extremely high with exhibitors reporting record on-site sales. As a direct result, the 2015 show floor plan is already nearly full and current demand for stand space means we will need to increase the size of the show again soon.
‘We are delighted with the industry’s ongoing commitment and enthusiasm for the leading sign and display trade show, Sign & Digital UK. With new technology demonstrations and plenty of business advice on offer, the show is shaping up to be better than ever.’
