Integrated communications and print provider ProCo has purchased Tharstern’s Primo software to streamline business flow for its customers and to integrate communication activities.
The Primo 35 user MIS system includes the full sales, commercial and production suite, shop floor data capture, cXML integrations to a range of e-commerce sales systems, JDF integrations to Agfa and HP production workflows and integration to a Sage 200 accounts solution.
The company integrates communication activities and streamlines business flow for customers that strive for deeper and more effective customer relations. The company’s service offering includes web to print solutions, highly personalised direct mailings, loyalty schemes and complex data-driven marketing management tools and reporting.
Tharstern sales director, Lee Ward said, ‘We are looking forward to working with the ProCo team, they have some great e-commerce engagements with their clients and implementing the Primo MIS with its cXML web services integration to web to print systems and JDF integrations to Agfa Apogee and HP SmartStream workflows is going to provide ProCo long term efficiencies both in administration and production of this work. It will also help create efficiencies of the more traditional work streams including doing more estimates in a day with quicker turnarounds using estimate Pro. The sales team will also benefit from Primo CRM which will allow management to focus the team on a sales strategy and monitor the results!’
ProCo managing director, Jon Bailey said, ‘We’ve been very impressed with the Tharstern approach to our business model. They quickly established what we were looking to achieve and worked very hard to understand and ensure our wider service offering will be fully supported in line with our growth plans. I’m very much looking forward to getting the project started.’
