Balreed is back partnering with Duplo at London Calling this year.
The full list of partners for London Calling has been announced by Duplo, which has now opened registrations for next month’s event.
To be held at East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf, on 15 to 16 October 2014, London Calling will ‘demonstrate how customers can create added value and increased revenue through new applications and innovations’, the company said.
New partners include Antalis, LumeJet, Neopost, Optimus and Taopix, lining up alongside established partners Balreed, Esko, Renz, Vivid and Vpress. Visitors to the event can expect to see live demonstrations of next-generation products and integrated workflows, as well as having the opportunity to participate in focus groups or be inspired by a ‘showcase of innovative applications’ at the Print Café.
London Calling will also be supported by the BPIF and will be promoting PrintIT!, the nationwide education initiative teaching young people about the industry. The event, themed ‘Without Limits’, will have a focus on future investment for the benefit of Duplo’s customers in the industry, customer service and support, and the research and development of new and relevant products.
The BPIF and Neopost will lead seminars and focus groups that provide an opportunity for visitors to delve deeper into the most contemporary research on current and future challenges facing the UK printing industry, gain new information, debate ideas and share best practice with each other.
Sarah Crumpler, Duplo’s UK marketing manager, said: ‘Our choice of partners was guided by the feedback from the customer forum. London Calling is not an event comprised of individual exhibitors, it is a group of companies collaborating to show how complementary technologies can be brought together.’
