DSales, the UK distributor for the Develop range of multifunctional document imaging systems, has launched the ineo+ 1060L colour production system.
This new compact colour system is aimed at pay for print providers, CRDs (central reprographic departments), high-volume office environments and specialist users requiring high quality colour such as graphic design and advertising agencies, and has a print speed of up to 60 pages/min in mono or colour.
Although compact, the ineo+ 1060L has a robust all-metal construction suitable for high monthly output volumes. Simple operation makes the compact ineo+ 1060Li deal for the central reprographic market. According to the company programming is straightforward and intuitive via the large full-colour operator panel that provides clear and easy access to all functions.

The ineo+ 1060L offers eight bit full colour resolution at 1200 by 1200 dpi. Image quality control has been automated to make operation simple and easy. Image Density Control, for example, monitors image consistency during continuous printing without affecting performance. Corrections are made automatically to improve the stability of the image quality, while the whole process considerably enhances production efficiency.
If changes occur in the print environment and the engine, the exclusive CRS (Colour Retention and Stability) technology makes the necessary adjustments to maintain optimal print quality. The ineo High Definition polymerised toner provides quality results and smooth processing.
Advanced paper feeding technology allows extensive media flexibility supporting a wide range of substrates up to 300 gsm in weight and SRA3 in size. With up to 4,250 sheet input capacity the ineo+ 1060L can easily handle long print runs.
Advanced features like mixplex and mixmedia also guarantee professional results for complex print jobs and a paper catalogue function makes paper settings simple. For perfecting print an automatic duplex unit prints stock up to 300 gsm with a new registration system enhancing print position and front-to-back registration accuracy by securely correcting paper skews and deflection.
A choice of print controllers is available for the versatile ineo+ 1060L. Develop’s own IC-602 print controller offers high quality and performance, good colour management and seamless integration with a wide range of Develop applications. Operation is via the ineo+ 1060l control panel. Alternatively the embedded EFI IC-415 controller utilises Fiery ColorWise Pro Tools for more advanced applications such as graphic arts, with operation via a Fiery Command WorkStation for total workflow control of local and remote clients.
