A new ‘real-time’ online quote and order system for Digital and Litho print businesses, Q-Quote, is offering an instant print quote facility onto printers’ websites.
Designed for SMB print businesses, Q-Quote aims to increase productivity, drive sales and boost revenue.
The program provides the printer with web code that slots seamlessly into their website, creating a quote/order hub. Printers can use the baseline ‘out of the box’ prices or amend them to meet their own needs. The system knows when to go either Litho or Digital, based on the settings and print cut-off points entered.
Wireframe IO director Steve Pettitt explained, ‘Q-Quote means existing print companies don’t have to invest in the extensive cost of building a bespoke, ecommerce website, Q-Quote instantly brings their websites up to date with ecommerce opportunities.’
The quoting system can be used with an annual license which cost £199 + VAT PA, and with the initial purchase, includes 100 Q-Credits. Additional credits can then be purchased as required. Setting up is made as easy as possible, with a set of baseline prices already in place.
Q-Quote offers full, UK online help, online manual, and easy to follow steps throughout each section of the site. Finally the simple ordering process takes payment via PayPal and allows order tracking as it progresses – printers receive the payment directly from their customers.
During the launch promotion, early adopters will receive an additional 50 Q-Credits. In addition, you only pay for orders that go through the system and Q-Credits have no expiry dates for greater flexibility.
