Two acquisitions in three months has allowed ARC-UK to strengthen its UK presence and to quadruple its staff based in the UK.

The company acquired Repro World in March and has now acquired Tower Printing, which is notable for its capabilities in wide format digital print. With these acquisitions the number of staff the company has based in the UK has increased from 20 to 80.

John Snell, managing director, said, ‘We are the worlds largest independent reprographics company and these acquisitions will let us expand on a national base an gives us a much bigger platform going forward.’

The acquisitions are to help the group meet this year’s target, which is to grow its presence in the UK.

Mr Snell joined the company in 2008 after the group bought his own company. Since then the business has been moving forward quietly, hampered by the recession, but now with recovery on the way it is growing.

ARC-UK produces legal documentation, colour graphics, and provide print services to some of the largest marketing, PR, legal and financial companies in the world.
